At Yara International in Singapore, I led three strategic initiatives:

Led the evolution of Yara’s global design system (Ahua), supporting 50+ teams across B2C, B2B, and enterprise applications.

Integrated user research and rapid prototyping through The Rapid Design practice, bringing user insights directly into the strategic product discovery process.

Conducted user research across Africa and Asia and designed weather and crop advisory solutions (FarmWeather, FarmForward) used by over 5M smallholder farmers globally.
